It is a cute teddybear. Such vintage soft toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis. Based on the shape of the body and the arms I would date the teddy bear to have been made in the 1960s-1970s. It has a lovely brown fur and it is stuffed with fiber filling which was used at the time. This type of bear was probably made in the USA. It is not the kind of teddybear that fetch high sellingprices at auction today, however it is a lovely teddybear.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the teddybear has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the brown fur teddybear. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
