What does this mean?

Dear Deborah,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. Your figurine was made by Meissen and appears to be in good condition. According to the mark on the underside, it was made between 1924-1932. It was made using a mold that dates from the 18th century and was handpainted after firing. Based on recent price realizations a fair market estimate would be between 200 and 300 US dollars. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Morgan
