Wallace Silversmiths introduced the Rose Point sterling silver flatware pattern in 1934. The design was inspired by delicate lace and floral motifs, giving it an elegant and intricate look. The pieces with pierced handles are solid silver, the table knives and carving set have weighted handles (filled with a cement-like composition), which is characteristic of all flatware sets by all makers of this time.
Most Wallace Rose Point flatware sets that are coming to auction these days typically sell for between $15 and $18 PER piece; if the set comes with a flatware chest, it can increase the value a bit.
I can't tell how many serving pieces (spoons, ladles, etc) you have so have NOT included them in this appraisal but if you can add a photo of them with a precise piece count I'll add them in and increase the value accordingly.
