What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 1930s offset print after an illustration by " Dupre" ( sometimes also signing "de Forest"), which might be a pseudonym of Robert Atkinson Fox (1860-1935). The offset print was glued on a wooden board and covered with a transparent varnish. Such prints were made purely for home decor, therefore the value is rather modest.
