The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with the measurements of 27 x 39 inches. This is a reprint after the famous painting "Washington Crossing the Delaware" made by Emanuel Leutze (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_Crossing_the_Delaware_(1851_painting).
