This is an antique early 20th century, original watercolor painting by William K Fellows (born 1870) featuring a fountain under a vaulted ceiling. Fellows was apparently active in Illinois and Minnesota and he was known as an artist, teacher and architect. There is relatively scant information available on Fellows.
