18" x 22" 1920's original William Newport oil on canvas on his grandfather's farm in Oklahoma. There is no appearant damage, but painting is very dirty.

This appears to be a chinese production line painting of the 1980s or later, depicting an american farm near a small lake, signed lower right William Newport. The canvas is stapled to the stretcher, the canvas itself is very modern, the signature is typical for production line paintings from the "painting village" Dafen in China. Similar can be ordered today for less than 10 USD including shipping, but rolled up and without frame. The estimate is based on similar paintings actually sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
