Winchester 1894 .30-30 rifle
Antique rifle with original leather holster serial# 789769 wood handle has 4 notches carved indicating that the firearm has seen action and has kills.
I don't have the background on the rifle but it was owned by a viet nam vet who said it was used in WW1. He has since passed away so I can not get any further info. He did fire the weapon and it still works as of 3 years ago before he died. I have had many gun enthusiasts interested in the piece and would like to have an appraiser take a look first. The leather holster is original and in good condition
