Etching Salvador dali approx 2' x 3' framed
Estate
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an etching inspired by the Salvador Dali engraving ''Figure Rouge avec Portrait de Quevedo'' from the suite "Visions of Quevedo" from 1975. This is either a complete fake or it was pulled without authorisation from the original plate. You should always try to avoid buying "e.a." prints. Most forgers use these unnumbered editions.
Fakes have no value.
Just have a look at the "certificate". No date, no address, no real name, no signature. 99 % of the "Dali" offered are fakes.
I was wondering because I could not find the title in archives. So no way it could be authentic?
