29.5 x 40 in frame. Material is hard to say... I can't tell if it's a print or not, (no expert). Looks like oil. Bought in Seattle.
Bought just at a local thrift store. One man commented, (carpenter background) that the screws used in the back and the brackets were from 60's? But not sure.
Dear Jesse,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a pastel drawing on paper with the measurements of 29.5 x 40 inches including the frame. The drawing depicts a woman with a dog similar to a Corgie in front of a seascape. The drawing is sadly not signed and was made in the last third of the 20th century by an unknown artist.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
