The chair belonged to my late husband’s grandfather and is about 100 yrs old. It’s in good condition except the leather is cracked and worn away in a couple places. I think it’s hand carved walnut.

American, early 20th Century
The squared back seat with inset leather with brass tack trim, flanked by shaped arms, each with inset leather with brass tack trim raised on turned spindles, the four legs joined by a box stretcher. Witness marks of a past maker's label to the seat as well as chalk marks
45 inches overall height
CONDITION: This chair appears to be in good condition with some wear to leather commensurate to age and use.
