This fob is attached to a World War I Omega brand trench watch that was acquired in the UK.It is octagonal, with some blue enamel. It appears to be a cross with a larger figure holding a smaller figure. The reverse side seems to feature a rose and leaves. I am not sure what symbols actually appear on the fob or what their significance is. I have been unable to find any similar watch fob. It may represent a military unit, a fraternal organization or a personalized charm commissioned by a family for an officer departing for France. I would like to know how much, if any, value it adds to the watch. The watch and fob have been together for about 110 years, I have no desire to separate them.
