Patek Philippe - A Gentleman's 18k Gold Manual Wristwatch, Swiss, 1980's
the circular circa 34mm case,silver satin dial with black baton numerals and a single 12 Arabic numeral, with Patek Philippe manual movement, reverse of case hallmarked & signed by the maker stamped G488, 18k buckle gold and brown alligator strap.
