The presented object appears to be a lithograph print on paper with the measurements of 28 x 36 inches. The print depicts the view of a villa or castle in a style that is typical for France of the 17th century. The signature is sadly not clear readable and the artist not identifiable over the motif of his style. The print has an edition of 68/150 and was made in the last third of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.

Thank you. I took the picture to to my local auction house and they took a pic of it and were able to find the original painting and artist name over the internet.
