This appears to be an oriental, persian or Indo-Persian runner with a threefold medaillon on a mustard yellow ground and very ornate border, possibly second half 20th century. Such hallway runners are always in demand. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the rug trade can be much higher and vary.
