Hi Jesus,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
According to this online report (https://infinite.tcgplayer.com/article/The-10-Most-Expensive-Blue-Eyes-White-Dragon-Cards-in-Yu-Gi-Oh/c3921663-ccf0-4296-b7a5-129b3211546c/), this CAN BE a very rare card, but the use of the word "LIGHT" in the upper right hand corner on the side with the dragon is usually a Japanese character. I'm not familiar enough with the subtleties of this collecting category to know if that makes it additionally rare or a fake.
Additionally, if this is real, the value - at the upper end - relies entirely on its condition, which is impossible to accurately assess from photos (but which appears to have some slight bending to the corners) and may be worth the cost of having it graded by one of the recognized companies to grade trading cards, such as Becket Grading Services.
Assuming this is an original card, based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A near vintage Yu-Gi-Oh Blue Eye White Dragon trading card
ATK/30000 DEF/2500
