This appears to be a copy after the painting "Zinnias sur fond rose" by Bernard CATHELIN (1919-2004), executed by an unknown arab artist in 1991, bearing a rubbed on print titel below the painting and signed by the artist on the back of the painting. It is a well done copy very much in the style and manner of Cathelin. The estimate is based on similar copies offered or sold at auction.
