At 8 inches diameter, these are luncheon plates (dinner plates are typically between 10-11 inches)
Based on the information and photos provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A set of 12 hand-painted and parcel gilt luncheon plates
Unattributed maker, probably English or European, late 19th Century
Each centering a bird within leaves and flowers and blue border, the rim with floral leaf decoration. unmarked.
