It is a very nice Antony Bailly ormolu mantle clock. The style of the decoration on the clock leds us to the early to mid 19th Century eg early to mid 1800s. It was made by the Lyon based clockmaker Antony Bailly who was very productive and also made sets with mantle clocks and candelabras. Your mantle clock seems to be in good condition however an selling price is always based on whether the clock is functioning or needs attendence.
