It is in excellent condition, working lights. Label on bottom "KL Table Lamp" Model: 12417. CERTIFIED TO CAN/CSA STD C22.2#12 .Very heavy Glass has little bubbles in some of the glass pieces. Fleur de lis like design with a flower in the middle Metal Base has little mushrooms at bottom, long leaves and wheat shafts up to glass base. There are two light bulbs under shade and a third light in the glass base. Pull chain can turn on three settings, single lights or all three. Definitely hand made, not manufactured on assembly line.
