Description

David Freeman of Freemanart Consultancies in England thought it was a Turner but it has been evaluated by the world expert on JMW Turner and it is not a Turner but it is an authentic original masterpiece

Framed it is in inches 24"x29"x2.5"

Provenance

I bought it from Emma Cane who inherited it from her mother who has a Picasso Banksy and Dali. This was her mother's favorite because Whistler put all kinds of hidden words on it that you can barely see. It says Whistler atleast 15 times and he wrote name and year around the frame in multiple spots
