18th Century Love Seat Set
3 Piece Love Seat Set from the early 1800’s. We do have a 3rd chair which is part of the set but there are a couple of pieces on the top of the chair missing. Love Seat: 52-1/2”W x 42”H Chairs: 19-1/2”W x 38-1/2”H
Purchased this set from a man who’s wife had passed away. It was his wife’s great great grandfathers. The great great Grandfather got this set in Africa in the early 1800’s. He had it shipped by boat to Australia and then to California where he was one of the first settlers to arrive.

Thank you for your request. This is a set of two chairs and a so-called love seat. A love seat is a couch with the place for two persons. The pieces are decorated with baluster shaped legs and decoration on the wooden parts of the chairs and loveseat which date this pieces in the middle or in the second half of the 19th century.
An estimation would be between 250 to 500 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
