9.5" to shoulder, width is 3.25 inches. The gold paint is original. Designed by E. W. Fuerst. Owens Illinois glass company. I think it is rare, would like to know if it's worth anything.

The tall shouldered flask with raised webbing design, bears IGC mark underneath
9 1/2 inches to shoulder, 3 1/4 inches wide
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in very good condition, retaining much of its original gold paint
