Researched sweater to see its first edition/very first pattern of this style as it has no front pockets. Original lightning zipper, very heavy wool. I have no seen a first edition/no pockets listing of this sweater

I don't see a tag identifying the maker as Mary Maxim in any of your photos - does it have a tag and if so, can you add that photo to this appraisal? Any other identifying labels?

I’ve added 3 additional photos. There is no makers tag as this was knit kit for purchase in the 50’s. I’ve seen sales range from over $3000-$1100 CAD. However, her original kit of 449V was issued January 1950 for a very short window, there were no pockets added on the front, this wasn’t until the later 1955-1966 pattern available with pockets. So even the sale of over $3000 is of the non original/first edition kit available. As far as I can see in my research, this is the very first kit offered by Mary Maxim in its earliest availability, have not seen 1 for sale of this early edition.
