Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. Based on the photographs and description provided, the subject of this appraisal is a Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone, serial number 113504. Selmer records date this piece to 1964 (https://www.conn-selmer.com/en-us/resources/serial-numbers/henri-selmer-paris-instrument-serial-numbers) an its model to a Mark VI.
Condition of the saxophone appears to be in good played condition, with presumably original lacquer, showing some wear. Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophones do not appear in traditional auction settings often, instead appearing on resale marketplaces such as Reverb.com and eBay frequently enough to form a basis for reliable comparable sales. In consideration of the factors noted, a Fair Market Value (pre-auction estimate) of this piece would be estimated between $4,500 and $5,500.
