I have a 1957 series A silver certificate $1 bill with a star note on the serial number but the star note is at the beginning of the serial not at the end

It's flat has three creases no ribs no tears

I can't really give you much information on where it was acquired or how it was acquired it's a friend of mine's dollar bill she's had it for about 5 or 6 years
