This is a pair of antique, late 19th century, Victorian era cast metal figures of a male and female Classicial warrior; likely Diana and Actaeon from Ovid's Metamorphoses. They are tall decorative figures and could be placed on either side of an entryway. Without marks, where these were made and by whom they were designed cannot be definitively stated.
