I've run all number of combinations for that signature through the artist databases we have access to without a match; it may simply be that they are by a local artist who had a limited output who hasn't sold on the global market. That not withstanding, they are nice paintings and I've valued them in line with other unattributed paintings of that size, age and subject matter.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

Two paintings of sailboats, undated
each oil on canvas
each 11 1/2 by 10 1/4 inches, framed
each signed similarly but distinctly, one lower left, the other lower right
PROVENANCE: both handled by Timothy's Fine Art, San Clemente, CA
