It is apparently published by American publishers. Corporation of New York on 310 318 6th Ave. It’s very poor condition as you can tell by the pictures. I ‘d like to establish an age if possible.

"The publisher I’m 90% sure was specifically a reprint publisher who deliberately didn't date their books, but it's probably late 19th or early 20th Century."
