This is an 18” tall lamp with 3 arms, “leaves” have holes drilled for crystals but they are missing. The lamp body appears to be decoupage. The lamp is welded to the base and there is no IPS pipe. The cord comes through a cloverleaf shaped hole in the base for three cords to come through which connectors join the cord and plug.
