Hi Lisa,
If these are listed as "for sale' with a "public" status, they are already listed on our marketplace and interested buyers can reach out to you directly. If you can't see what the status is, or can't figure out how to change it, let me know and I'll have our client support dept update it for you (I can't see or fix anything on my end.)
Hope that answers your question(s) but if not, let me know how else I can help.
Delia
Hi Delia,
I did have a concern as to your appraisal as I've noticed you wrote "each", with respect to the signature of "LC Tiffany. Please note that I said it was written on one glass not all of them. Is that a problem with respect to their value?
Apologies for not reading that correctly.
Is the one that is signed different (even slightly) to the others? If that's the case, I think this might be an assembled set, which would be worth less. I can't tell from the photos so hoping you can advise...
Hello
What does an "assembled set" mean?
The one that is signed is no different than the others, not even slightly.
I can't see the status of these flutes and I don't know how to change it if I did. I actually find the Mearto site a little user unfriendly. Thank you for your response.
"Assembled" would mean that the four glasses began life independent of each other and were later gathered together because of stylistic similarities. However, because you say these are all identical but for just one engraved "LC Tiffany," I do NOT now think this to be an assembled set and have left the value as is (updating to say that just one glass is marked).
I'm sorry you find the Mearto website to be user unfriendly - we are always happy to have feedback on which to improve the site for you and for others.
I've asked our customer service dept to change the status on this to PUBLIC.
Thank you Delia,
How would I change the status of my items should I want to sell them?
Where would I go to see them on the site for sale?
For these to be listed on the marketplace, the status of this appraisal will need to be "for sale" and "public" (I can see the status as "Private) but don't have access to updating this as far as "for sale". I've asked our customer service department to change the status to "for sale" and "public" so if this is NOT what you'd like, please let me know ASAP.
Once these are listed on the marketplace, you can find them on the website from the front page by clicking on "Marketplace" at the top of the page. You can then either scroll through the entire offerings on the marketplace OR narrow it down by a keyword search or filter by category (for this, you've chosen "home furnishings.")
I hope that answers your questions - please let me know if you have others.
Delia
Hi Delia,
Yes, the glasses showed up on the marketplace for sale. However, the asking price is listed as"0". I don't know how to change that, as well as I'd like submit new photos as I don't like the ones I have previously submitted. So two things, price to show? and new photos possible?
I've updated this so the asking price is $600 - if you'd prefer I make it higher let me know...people may ask you to negotiate a price and I wanted this to cover the high end of the estimate.
You should be able to add additional photos; if you can't, please email them to [email protected] and ask them to add them to this appraisal/marketplace listing.
Thanks...and again, let me know if you have any additional questions, etc.
How would I add these to sell on Mearto Marketplace?
