It is believed to be historically, of Pennsylvania or New England heritage because of the splint seat and lovely shaped slats on the back, and to be of the mid 1800s It is unsigned or marked in any way.

The dimensions are: 44 " tall from rockers to the top. 21 " wide from the end of chair arm, and 15 " across from where chair arms meet ladder slats. Chair seat is 15 " at ladder back and 18" at front of seat. The seat is 15" fr0m the floor.
