Looks to be in good condition. Painting is signed in lower left corner. I believe the painting was given to my grandfather by a friend who owned an antique store in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This painting was in my bedroom as a young child in the 1950’s. My mother died in 1975 and no one to ask.

Inside of frame is 19.5 inches x 15.75 inches. On reverse the canvas is 20 inches x 16.25 inches
