Oil painting of a city street in the winter with an ornate gold leaf wooden frame made in Belgium. Has an artist signature but is indecipherable. Excellent condition. My mother purchased this from her aunt but I can't find the certificate with artist details in her belongings. I know the artist is female and from Texas. Painting has to be at least 40 years old.
