A Windsor chair believed to be from 1780-1840. 3 Ft tall. Going from the ends of the legs it is approximately 20 1/2 inches wide and 17 inches long.
My great aunts, who received it from her parents who received it from some friends in Philidelphia.

New England, late 18th/early 19th Century
With arched crest terminating in scrolled ends, on arrow and reel turned stiles flanking 7 turned spindles, over a shaped saddle seat raised on four tapering cylindrical legs joined by a box-stretcher.
36 inches overall height, 20 1/2 inches wide, 17 inches deep
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
