This appears to be a painting very much in the style of George Moreland, depicting a group of travellers standing or on horseback near an Inn, a workman is thatching the roof, oil on board, a paper label attached (later) to the back, plus a label of "T.Hare & Son, picture frame makers and artist repository, Stamford" on the back of the frame. There is some craquelure visible and the size proportions are incorrect, which would indicate that this is might be copy. If you could add better photos in the near future I might be able to adjust the estimate accordingly.
