Dear Skyler,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be an Augustus Francotte SxS double-barrel shotgun with a sidelock ejector. The barrel has proof marks of Liege in Belgium and the lock is party decorated with an engraved decor. This rifle was made in the middle of the 20th century and has the serial number 19646. This classifies this shotgun and the quality Bottom Grade and it was made in 1942.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 1.000 to 2.500 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
