Italian knife maker Stiletto (often associated with brands like A.G.A. Campolin and Frank Beltrame) has been producing switchblade knives since the mid-20th century. The term "INOSSIDABILE" means "STAINLESS STEEL" and Italian switchblade manufacturers began widely using stainless steel blades in the 1960s and 1970s as the material became more popular due to its corrosion resistance.
Stiletto stainless steel switchblade knives are not very rare, with many on the market at any given time. When they come up for sale at auction, they usually sell between $100 and $150.
