The dragon is heavily oxidized and appears to have been mounted on a wood post. It is approximately 11” tall by 18” long

Your dragon comes from China in modern days. Its chemical oxidized to resemble old age. These objects are sold and exported from China in high amounts to western countries. The dragon has therefor a purely decorative value.
