The does not appear to be any manufacture markings, They have a marble base, bronze stand, angel wings, and the candelabra. The angels are made of a hard black material
the base id 7.5' across the width of the candelabra is 12" and they are 41" tall

You have a pair of 20th century French Empire style patinated and gilt bronze figural candelabra lamps. Similar lamps with other classical figures were made that also support an ornate multi-light candlebranch atop a classical column and marble base. The classical revival design echoes 19th century lamps made by Pierre-Philippe Thomire (1751-1843), one of the most celebrated French bronze artists of the late 18th and early 19th century.
The identical female figures are probably cast rather than carved and are probably also bronze, though they do not have gilding like the bases, wings and candelabra do.
These lamps currently have a rather muted appearance and when the gilding (very thin layer of gold) was applied, these would have looked absolutely marvelous.
At auction, I would expect this pair of lamps to bring between $1,000 and $1,500.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A pair of French Empire style patinated and gilt bronze figural six-light candelabra lamps
in the manner of Thomire, unattributed maker, 20th century
Each with gilded central light and 5 scrolling arms issuing lights terminating in a basket supported by a Classical female figure with gilt wings, standing on a gilt cylindrical plinth with basket-weave carved sides and laurel-wreath carved flaring base, on black marble socles, electrified and with shades, felted bottoms.

CONDITION: these lamps appear to be structurally in good condition
