A. Uberti Model 1873 Sporting Rifle, chambered in .44-40, with a 23.5” barrel, serial number 47909. The rifle is in excellent, unfired condition and features original markings, including Italian proof marks (e.g., CAT.1583), a boxed “AL” star marking, and Uberti’s distinctive Mod. 73 Sporting Rifle engraving. The action is mechanically sound, with no signs of rust or wear. 2. A handmade rifle scabbard crafted from rare and now-retired Pendleton wool patterns, acquired directly from the Pendleton Woolen Mill in Pendleton, Oregon in the early 1990s. The scabbard features prominent Native American designs, including patterns attributed to Chief Joseph and other influential tribes. It is in pristine condition and secured with genuine suede lace. These items have been stored together and are intended for appraisal as a collectible pair. Supporting documentation and high-resolution photos are available.
