Blue flowers on a white background vase seem to be embossed or a raised design. This vase has a mark on the bottom and a drill marl or some other sort of hole near the hallmark. It was part of a lot of vases and chargers I acquired at an estate sale auction. It is 10 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide at the base.
