Dear Theresa,
Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The presented object is a necklace with a clock as a pendant. The clock is mounted with floral decor and has a gem with the profile of a woman on the reverse side. This cameo or gem was usual jewelry since the 18th century in the tradition of the Greek and Roman antiques. The cameo is made out of a cast mass and not carved by hand. This necklace with the clock and the cameo was made in the middle of the 20th century. Highly probable the material is not gold. This has to be tested physically by a jeweler. If it is gold the raw material value would be the estimate.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 20 to 40 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
