This is a lovely carved wood statue of a mother sitting and breastfeeding her child. Her hair is stained black, the rest of the wood is either rubbed or stained. She is from my private collection of statues that depict the mother/child breastfeeding relationship around the world. I acquired her in a private sale through eBay.
12 3/4 inches tall; 4 1/2 inches wide; 4 1/2 inches deep. She weights 1 pound and 5.8 ounces

Dear Anne,
Thank you for your email and you are very welcome.
With kind regards,

Hello again, George, can you please provide me with insurance values on this and the two previous appraisals? I'm not sure why they are no longer showing up, is it because I selected "maybe" or "yes" for selling? When I selected "no" I received both an insurance valuation and a fair market value. Thank you!
Dear Anne,
Thank you for your email. An insurance value would be around 150 USD.
With kind regards,
George
