I don't know for sure but from a bit of research based on similar tapestries of his works, the material is hand woven jute / maguey fiber, embroidered "Calder 75", "C" circled, and "AP. 4" also circled. 56.5" x 85" woven rings across the back top side.

Dear Natalie,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a tapestry with the measurements of 56.5" x 85". This tapestry depicts spirals and was made after a design by the artist Alexander CALDER (1898-1976) in the year 1975. It has the edition of AP. 4.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 6.000 to 12.000 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
