Thank you for getting back to me so quickly with the artist's signature of your first submitted painting. Here is what I can say about this particular painting.
The appraised work appears to be an oil painting that is signed on the lower right. It is framed, and it measures 18"(h) x 24 (w). This is a landscape depicting a castle overlooking a river. On the right-hand side of the painting, a willow-tree can be seen. It is in good condition overall.
Unfortunately, after searching this artist, I am sorry to say that I could not find any similar artist's signature in our records. It seems to me that an obscure artist has executed the painting that you own.
Therefore, this criterion is reflected in the estimate in red that appears above. The subject work’s size and composition were also taken into consideration when determining these figures.
