Based on these images, this item is a:
A sitting Thai Buddha statue with a plate on his hands. No base or throne. In the head there is the Ushnisha and the pose is Abhayaprada Mudra. These Buddha statues can represent teaching, meditation, or an attempt to reach enlightenment. Abhayaprada mudra is a protective hand gesture symbolizes strength or being fearless.
As it is not signed, it is not possible to determine the age exactly but it looks from 20th century, and made out of stone.
