What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a silver or rather german silver cup holder , Tibet and China, Guangxu 1875-1908 period, with a four character Kangxi Nian Zhi mark. The cup holder appears to be nickel silver or german silver / paktong 白銅, just judging from the colour on the photo. The outside of the cup is decorated with large flowers and leafs, the inside with a lan stone and orchids surrounde with a double circle, the inside rim decorated with a wave border. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction.
