This looks like bronze to me and should be fairly heavy; if it's light it is more likely brass and would have a slightly lower value. Let me know if I need to downgrade the value and change the description to brass.

The cast brass shaped standard issuing 12 scrolling arms with shaped candle cups suspending crystal pendants. Wired.
