7.25" long, about 4" tall; materials are wood and metal. Has a small inscription that says, "PAT.SEP.19.1871." and another one on the barrel that says, "Colt's House Pistol Hartford CT. U.S.A." with cross symbols on each side of the inscription. At the butt of the hilt it has the numbers 6657.
I inherited it from my Uncle. Everything else is unknown.
